CHILL OUT AND READ
Willowside Library is promoting OverDrive Summer Read which is a program for schools designed to encourage students to keep reading all year long. This year’s 10-week program runs June 6 – August 15 with thirty free and simultaneous use juvenile and young adult ebooks (and select audiobook and Read-Along options).
These titles will be prominently displayed in Sora so it’s easy for students to find their next book and chill out and read. Additionally, students can add the public library’s Overdrive Collection to their Sora app to search.
How should I start?
There are two ways of using the Overdrive program.
Using their google account (when signed in) with a device students will be able to go to district bookmarks and click on the Sora app.
Students can download the Sora app on their reading device and find Willowside School library (they will then sign in with their google login/password).

Donations to Middletown Middle School
This amazing collection of books from the Scholastic Book Fair was donated to the Middletown Middle school and the victims of the Valley Fire using part of our Winter Scholastic Book Fair credits and also from kind donations.
More than 50 books and posters are being donated. Good job Willowside Students.
